Stream cleanups throughout the year, Embrace a Stream Restoration Projects and Riparian Buffer plantings have been completed and more are being planned. We have completed several streambank restorations on the Hokendauqua Creek in Northampton and in Kreidersville, PA. A Restoration Project was completed on the Coplay Creek in the Hokendauqua Park and Playground in Whitehall Township. The Chapter has also been insturmenatal in the removal of the Atlas Dam in Northampton, PA. Thanks to all who have volunteered to help with these projects. We are always in need of more volunteers. Monitor the Calendar of Events for upcoming project dates.
