Instructions

 

Chapter's Form:

  • Name is required.
  • Only input hours that were not part of a group activity such as time spent planning , phone calls, publicity etc. Group hours will be submitted from the Activity Signin Sheet.
  • Fill in boxes. Can be left blank if no hours for that category.
  • Click on Submit.
  • Another page opens. Click on 'Edit My Response'.
  • This page will allow you to change your responses. Add this address to your browser favorites. Rename it to something you will remember (My Volunteer Hours, etc.). You can then go back to this page any time in the future.
  • To update your hours, select that page from your favorites and then make changes where necessary as often as necessary. You may use this to keep a record of your hours instead of the spreadsheet. This is the only procedure that will allow you to get back into your form.
  • Click on Submit.
  • This will allow you to update your hours throughout the year. Sorry you can't just add the new hours. You must do the math and input the new totals. (Another way to add to existing hours is to place the cursor on the box you would like to change, up-down arrows appear. Click the up arrow the number of times of the hours you want to add to the existing hours).

 

Changes have been made to the way the activities are logged for

the coming year. Several more changes may be forthcoming. Only

log your personal hours. Hours for a group activity (Meetings,

Cleanups, PHW, WITO, Field Days, etc.) will be posted from the

Activity Login Sheet for each event. Click on the link below to see
