Minutes of Board of Directors Meeting

April 10, 2024.

Call to Order at 6:30 PM by Art Williams.

Attendance: Members present: D Abraham, J Bernick, M Churetta,J Fekula, J Mauser, D Ott, G Scheirer, D Steventon,R Szapacs, P Vrablic and A Williams.

Guests: None.

Approval of Minutes of previous meeting: D Ott and D G Scheirer. Approved by voice vote.

III. Approval of Treasurer’s Report: R Szapacs and seconded by P Vrablic. Approved by voice vote.

A Fiscal Year Starting Balance:   $ 11,896.38

B. Current Balance:         $ 10,807.75

IV. Correspondence: Trout Festival Vendor Event email.

V. Committee Reports

     A. Communications: M Churetta: Requested volunteer hours..

     B. Conservation and Environment: D Ott: Stream Cleanup April 27,2024..

     C. Engagement: A Williams: April meeting will have A Williams as guest presenter.

     D. Finance: J Fekula: Audit will be scheduled.

     E. Fly Tying Course: D Abraham: No Report.

     F. Membership: J Bernick: No Report.

     G. Trout Unlimited Service Partnership: ???: No further events will be scheduled.

     H. Women’s Initiative: D Abraham: We are not scheduled to assist at WITO this year. We               will run a Fly Fishing for Women.

     I. Youth Outreach & TIC: G Scheirer: JAKES is on August 3. We will need voluntee

VII. New Business: April 18 a work detail is scheduled to organize the items we want to sell at            the White Haven Trout Festival on June 1.
